8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Guests may visit Jafra as a café and may order hookah, drinks, desserts, light bites, or full meals.

5:00 PM – 9:45 PM — Peak Dinner Hours

Food is mandatory during these hours. For groups, at least two out of every three guests must order a food item. Desserts and beverages do not count as food purchases.

After 9:45 PM

Food is no longer required. Guests may order hookah, tea, beverages, or desserts.

Parties of 6 to 12 guests are subject to the following:

• A minimum expected spend of $35 per person
• An automatic 20% gratuity

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to order or use hookah.
• One hookah is required for every two guests.
• Groups of up to five guests must order at least two hookahs.
• A hookah head has a maximum service time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• After 1 hour and 15 minutes, a refill is required to continue using the hookah. Otherwise, the hookah may be removed from the table.

All guests

The maximum table time is 2 hours. Additional orders or refills do not extend the table time.

Large parties, Thursday – Sunday

For parties of 6 to 12 guests, the maximum table time is 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Management may extend a table at its discretion when there is no waitlist.

Children are welcome, but they must be old enough to remain seated and must not run around the restaurant or patio. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted while dining at Jafra.

Management reserves the right to enforce or adjust these policies as necessary to maintain a fair, safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
